GHMC property tax portal shows my property tax liability is 1750 without offering the usual 5% discount allowed for payments before APRIL end. MY Customer ID PTIN is1180607742., Secunderabad Circle. mmediate clarification will enable me pay the tax before April end.
I paid my property tax through online on 11/04/2015 for PTIN NO. 1090205293..but I didn’t get any receipt to take print out online.. When I gone to their office at Abids ,they said why you paid online .. You have to pay in our office..and it will take much more time to get receipt in their office..
What do you expect from the office people. Their jobs are being made redundant by technology. Of course they will say such things. If I were you, I would scan through the site to look for email ids to contact them. The people sitting in office and the guys manning the site will be different departments, and usually they don’t have much of a communication, so each one works independently. So, it could be futile to pursue office people for rectifying the issue you faced on the site.
In whose name the cheque has to be drawn for the following properties.
1} Circle No.9 PTI No.1090110965
2) Circle No.( West Marredpally, Secunderabad) PTI No.1181002397
I need this information to pay property tax for the financial Year 2016/ 2017.
Or please suggest whether you will accept on line payment thru Visa cards.
